Thank you for the cooperation you provided during our purchase of one of Taormina units. We would like to take time to extend our appreciation for a great job that your company did in constructing Taormina townhouses. We were really pleased to deal with you and your team during and after the purchase of our first home.
We are very pleased with the job Giovannone Construction did on the organization and structure of all the different factors involved with our home and site. When we came to the open house for the first time we noticed amazing job done inside and out – perfect layout of the rooms, landscaping design, and overall much better quality of construction and craftsmanship comparing to other houses we saw on the market. During our six months home search process for a home we were looking for the place that is modern, close to the public transportation, and has a backyard. After we saw one of Taormina homes we did not have any doubts that this is the place we were really looking for.
The quality of Taormina homes is evident in many of the standard features that would have been upgrades for other houses such as, granite countertops, hardwood floors, upgraded carpets and trim work. We know that we have purchased a great home that will definitely hold its value if we decide to sell it in the future. As with any commercial transactions, especially when the brand new home is purchased by first time home buyers there are always situations where concerns, questions and issues arise. It is very important how these situations are handled. From this perspective Giovannone Inc is the best company we have ever dealt with. Any challenges, issues and questions were addressed with urgency, personal care and our full satisfaction. You and your staff were available seven days a week to address our concerns and questions. We must say that any home buyer may only dream about the kind of customer’s service that we have received. Because of you, purchasing our first home became such a great and positive experience.
